All sales are tax-free if delivered out of the State of Florida and The United States.

User Warranties

In placing an order, you agree you are over 18 years of age, and that you are providing complete, accurate, true information, and you have the authority to place the order.

Orders

Availability of Goods

All product(s) are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. You will not be required to pay for any product(s) that you don't receive. Also, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the product(s).

Typographical Errors

In the event product(s) are listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, Zaneco shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we will also cancel your order, and immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
