Shipping

Delivery estimates are "good faith" estimates only. Zaneco will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. We will not ship to post office boxes.

Damaged Items

We request that you inspect your product(s) immediately upon delivery. If your product(s) are damaged, instead of signing for the delivery, print "Damaged Upon Arrival" which is a refusal of delivery. After delivery is refused, we will file a claim and send you a replacement product.

If you accept the damaged product(s), you will be responsible for filing a claim with the appropriate carrier.

Returns

Zaneco proudly offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed, which gives the customer the right to refuse the products(s) at the time of delivery (while carrier is still on sight) for any reason. Please inspect your product(s) immediately upon delivery.  After the product(s) are refused at the time of delivery, the customer can choose to receive store credit or a refund to the method of payment for the amount paid. Once delivered and accepted, product(s) are returnable within 3 calendar days of receiving the products(s) and customer will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and any shipping charges incurred. After the time of delivery, full refunds are not issued except in the case of expired product(s)Any returns made after the product(s) have been delivered and accepted must be pre-authorized by calling our customer service center at 954-501-8505. The  cost of shipping the product(s) to you will not be credited or refunded. Store credits are valid for one year from date of issue. If expired, any  unused credit is forfeited.
